IT Support Engineer

We are a fast growing IT Management and Cloud Services company based in Farringdon, Central London. We provide services for companies involved in Law, Private Equity and Investment Management, Media, PR and others.

We are looking for an additional IT Support Engineer to join our Managed Services team. You will be based out of our London office with onsite visits to mainly central London clients. You will be providing support for internal services as well as external customers, responding to demand and providing support, maintainance and upgrades to internal and external services.

You will preferably have a good relevant degree,with 2-5 years experience, combined with industry standard qualifications including Microsoft MCTS, Cisco CCNA and Citrix CCA. Production administration and/or certification in VMware Vsphere or Citrix Xenapp would be preferable.

You will have excellent English speaking and writing skills, and be able write technical documents and present findings to clients with senior staff. You will learn new technologies based around Cloud services as well as have hands on exposure to the latest products including Exchange 2010, VMWare Vsphere 4.1, Citrix XenApp 6, tablets, hosted services, VOIP and many more.
